It's October! That means chilly nights, pumpkin patches and cuddling up next to a bonfire. It also calls for fall time recipes! The first one I'm bringing you is a healthy pumpkin inspired chili. This dish will be perfect for one of those cold nights with friends or family. Plus, it's low in fat, carbs and sugar but high in protein. Yummy!
